In May 2019, Vinhomes Board of Directors approved the dismissal of Ms. Luu Thi Anh Xuan from the position of General Director and appointed Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa to replace her. At the same time, Mr. Hoa was dismissed from the position of Deputy General Director of Project Development.
In May 2022, Mr. Hoa was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinhomes. The position of General Director is taken by Ms. Vu Thuy Hang.
Currently, Mr. Pham Thieu Hoa, representing Hoang Gia City Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, holds 85.46 million VIC shares, equivalent to regarding VND 4,794 billion (as of January 8, 2023).

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sunshine Homes Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: SSH) Do Anh Tuan was born in 1975 in Thanh Hoa, age At Mao.
Sunshine Homes, formerly known as Sunshine Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company, was established in 2015 with a charter capital of VND 100 billion. According to the 13th revised business registration certificate dated June 17, 2021, the charter capital of Sunshine Homes is VND 2,500 billion. As of December 31, 2021, Mr. Do Anh Tuan contributed VND 1,625 billion to the charter capital, accounting for 65%.

Information from the 2021 prospectus said that Mr. Do Anh Tuan used to work as the head of the Information Technology Department of the Informatics Center – the Central Committee for Emulation and Reward from 2005-2011.

The Chairman at the age of Mao is still the Deputy General Director of KienLongBank (stock code: KLB).
Mr. Tuan currently owns 243.75 million SSH shares, 17.97 million KLB shares, 162.72 million KSF shares, and 8.5 million SCG shares. As of January 8, he owns a fortune of 29,523 billion dong, the second richest on the stock market.
