Victoria City, Tamaulipas. – As part of the strategy to improve disease prevention among the population, the Victorian government, which presides Eduardo Gattas Baezworks in coordination with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) in the integration of the Community Health Committee.
To this end, Citizen Participation personnel and family medicine units hold work meetings to promote the offer of health services in companies and educational institutions that have an agreement to care for beneficiaries.
through the PrevenIMSS medical day, medical check-up will be provided for the timely detection of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, prostate, breast and cervical cancer; as well as promotion of the health of children, youth, adults and people aged 60 and over for active ageing.
The objective of the joint campaign is to increase the quality of life of the people of Victoria by promoting the health programs offered by the IMSS in the Hospital General No.1 y Medicine Unit No. 67 of San Luisitohow extra walls in higher level schools and companies in the city.
Institutional collaboration is the result of the work carried out by the Health Board, instituted by Mayor Eduardo Gattás Báez to care for, promote and reinforce health actions in favor of Victorian families.
