More than a style or a philosophy of life, yoga is also a master asset for heart health. Practicing 15 minutes of yoga every day in addition to usual physical exercises is even more effective than 30 minutes of additional stretching, ensures a three-month pilot experiment carried out with 60 hypertensive patients divided into two groups subjected to these two situations (Canadian Journal of Cardiology, December 2022).
