The Central Market announced agreements to lower prices on cuts of beef, pork, poultry, eggs, fish and shellfish, that will be available at your retail fair.
This agreement is part of the Social Commitment to Supply (CSA)which aims to reach families with products, at popular and accessible prices”, reported from the corporation.
The prices will be valid from January 20 to February 2Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Three data to evaluate purchases in the Central Market
Some of the prices per kilo of beef are: asado a $1.050, roast beef a $960, Roast cover for $1,100, rump tail for $1,280 and buttock cover for $1,280, among others.
Refering to poultry meat, 3 kilos of top quality leg and thigh can be purchased for $1,140, per kilo whole chicken for $410, 3 kilos of cut chicken for $780 and 3 kilos of whole wings for $499, among others.
In Pork Meat, You can buy, per kilo, shoulder at $710, brisket at $899, carré at $899 and ham at $780.
