THIRUVANANTHAPURAM > Sons Prajith and Preethi have asked Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to reconsider their complaint that the death of KPCC treasurer V Pratapachandran was due to mental torture by some members of the party. The first complaint was withdrawn following KPCC president K Sudhakaran’s promise to Pratapachandra’s children. With that, Sudhakaran shook his hand.
In the complaint given to the DGP, it was pointed out that Pratap Chandran’s unexpected departure was due to the mental torture of some Congress leaders and the CUC group of the KPCC and the rumor that he was corrupt. Sudhakaran would have withdrawn the complaint by assuring that strict action would be taken once morest the culprits.
Prathapchandra’s son Prajith told Desabhimani that Sudhakaran’s current position is that there is no basis in your complaint and he does not intend to take action once morest anyone. “He is the one who reincarnated Pratapachandra, if you complain now I will be in trouble.” No one who misbehaved with Prathapan will be in the party or KPCC office. Sudhakaran promised to withdraw the complaint. When the complaint was withdrawn, it was cheating. KPCC is protecting the general secretary in charge of the office and the CUC gang members who have widely spread slander once morest Achan. Sudhakaran finally raised the challenge, ‘Whatever you can do, do it and see’. Prajith narrated that he went to his residence in Thiruvananthapuram following he called him through PRO Ajith.
KPCC General Secretary GS Babu, CUC members Rameshan Kavil and Pradeep along with Sudhakaran were behind the slander campaigns once morest Pratap Chandra earlier. Information that Pratap Chandran questioned the deviant activities of the CUC including Dharth came out following his death. Pratap Chandran, the son of former KPCC president and minister Varadarajan Nayar, was found dead inside his house on December 20.
