Coach Javier Clemente is a big name in the military world, having led the Spain team from 1992 to 1998 with a record of 31 consecutive unbeaten matches. At the team level, Mr. Clemente also served as the head coach of Libya at the 2021 Gulf Cup and the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
The career of the 71-year-old strategist is best known for winning 2 La Liga titles, 1 King’s Cup, 1 Spanish Super Cup with Athletic Bilbao. He won the title of the best coach in La Liga for 3 seasons.
Most recently, many information said that VFF has contacted coach Philippe Troussier. The French strategist is no longer a stranger to Vietnamese football fans, having held the role of head coach of the U18 team as well as U19 Vietnam.
