Ukraine’s first lady’s speech in Davos… about the horrors of war

‘Davos Forum’ held for the first time in 3 years due to Corona 19,

As soon as the full-scale schedule begins on the 16th,

Olena Zelensky, wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, stood at the podium.

Ms. Zelensky raised her voice, saying that she heard right before her speech that 43 people, including children, were killed in a Russian missile strike last weekend.

“This is what Russia is doing with missiles and drones. You all know that Russian aggression never stops in Ukraine.”

Ukrainian government officials also actively informed the damage situation.

“The Russian invaders committed 80,000 crimes and killed more than 9,000 civilians, including 453 children.”

Leaders around the world responded immediately to calls for unwavering interest and support for Ukraine.

Voices continued that Western countries should step up their heavy weapons support to counter Russia.

The forum schedule focused on the war in Ukraine continued in the morning and in the followingnoon, and discussions were held on issues to be urgently pursued by our allies.

Because of the war and the resulting sanctions and isolation, Russian officials were absent from the forum.
