Participatory finance: Bank Al Yousr awarded “Best Participatory Bank in Morocco”

Bank Al Yousr, a participatory bank of the BCP group, recently received two prestigious trophies awarded by the British magazine World Finance. This is the price of the “Best Participatory Bank in Morocco” as well as that of the “Best Participatory Bank in Morocco for its Quality of Service”.

Upon receiving these trophies, Ms. Mouna Lebnioury, Managing Director of Bank Al Yousr, declared: “This distinction is gratifying: it confirms Bank Al Yousr in its role as the company’s benchmark participatory bank in Morocco and confirm what our business customers have already revealed to us, 95% of whom say they are satisfied with our day-to-day banking offer, our financing offer and our quality of service.

This is a distinction that we owe to our teams: those who, in branches, deliver good advice and the best support thanks to their professionalism and expertise, and those who, centrally, ensure with self-sacrifice that our Bank continues to be a forerunner in the development of a complete offer that meets all the needs of project promoters and business leaders, but also to complete the construction of the universal bank that we are”.

For Mr. David Hann, Project Director and Administrator of the World Finance Awards, “These awards demonstrate Bank Al Yousr’s ability to provide a state-of-the-art participatory banking and financial product, while placing the demands of its customers at the forefront of its operations. Bank Al Yousr has established itself as the first choice of Moroccans, thanks to its ability to provide a range of financial solutions to the problems of daily life for individuals and businesses as well as its first-rate customer relationship, ensured by its highly qualified employees.

The “World Finance” trophies reward each year the most successful players in different areas of the world of finance. Through these, Bank Al Yousr is consolidating its role as a major player in participatory finance in Morocco, recognized for its expertise, its innovative and customer-centric participatory financial products and services, its excellent Customer Relations and its good governance.
