“Before starting the exercise routine at home, you need to warm up to prepare and adapt your body for the exercises. In this way, injuries are avoided and we bring more resistance and strength to the body”, explains orthopedist Layron Alves, shoulder and elbow specialist and partner at Clínica LARC, in São Paulo.
Appropriate clothing
You don’t need to do the physical activity as if you were dressed for a special moment. Clothes that don’t limit body movement and shoes that absorb impact are great alternatives. There are products for all tastes and prices.
Limit
Dismiss the far-fetched stories or the overtraining pace. The right thing is to respect what you can match so that the training load gradually increases. “Demanding too much from your body can put your health at risk”, ponders Alves.
