Around 2 p.m. yesterday, two individuals aged 16 and 17 respectively were arrested by elements of the National Police Anti-Gang Service (SAG) following breaking into a warehouse of a commercial company located in Anosibe, in the IVe District of the Urban Commune of Antananarivo. The police obtained these results thanks to the speed of their intervention, on the one hand, and the alert launched in time by the owner of the premises, on the other hand. The man did not hesitate to contact the SAG as soon as he was made aware of the existence of individuals breaking into his warehouse. Once notified, members of this elite group of police immediately rushed to the scene to intervene. Landed in time, they surprised two individuals in the act while their accomplices were able to escape. Arrested on the spot, the suspects were brought directly to the morality and protection of minors police in Tsaralalàna for investigation. The success of this SAG operation has once once more demonstrated that the slogan adopted by the national police for the celebration of its 60e birthday is followed to the letter. The slogan that we remember is: “Polisy manampy sy miaro ny vahoaka”. It remains for the population to know how to take advantage of it so that it can live in peace.
