Spanish reports revealed the fate of Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, following the loss that the royals received from Barcelona yesterday in the Spanish Super Cup final, with three goals to one, amid complete control by the Catalan team, which won the title at the expense of the royal.
The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” stated that Carlo Ancelotti was widely criticized following the loss yesterday because of his handling of the match, especially since Barcelona coach Xavi clearly outperformed Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, especially in the role he gave to Javi in the left front.
The newspaper indicated that the royal club is not considering dismissing Ancelotti despite the loss, but they fear a repeat of what happened in the first term with the coach.
Real Madrid had declined a lot in the second part of Carlo Ancelotti’s second season during his first term, and lost the La Liga and Champions League titles at this time.
