High Court once morest Yedavaswam Board employee pushing devotees at Sabarimala. The court asked how the accused was able to touch the body of the devotees and whether the Devaswom Board had given permission for this. The court also stated that the incident might not be justified. A Devaswom bench comprising Justices Anil.K.Narendran and PG.Ajith Kumar considered the matter. After the incident of pushing the pilgrims into controversy, the security guard was removed from the Sannidhanam duties.
