Homolog opens its Parisian flagship
Last Friday, December 9, Homolog Paris opened its first flagship store on the famous luxury street, rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, located at number 65, a stone’s throw from the Elysée, formerly known as the store of the famous Italian fashion designer Azzaro .
Today, Homolog is bringing this store of more than 300 m² back to life, with a reception on the ground floor, you have to take a mirrored stairwell to access the first floor where the entire collection is represented: a dress of hand-embroidered silks adorned with crystals, voluminous skirts, evening wear and a Day Wear set intertwine. Spacious cabins and private space for VIP clients, everything is set up to provide quality service at the height of the fashion house.
Separated by a long corridor on the first floor, Homolog has set up his studio. It is behind this backdoor that Emily Cheong and her entire team work on future upcoming collections and custom pieces for special orders, all of the design is done on site.
A welcome cocktail
On the occasion of the opening of the store Emily Cheong, creator of the Homolog house, invited various big names such as journalists, stylists, who have supported her from the start, but also the Malaysian ambassador, who is very close Malaysian culture due to his second home but also by his very present family in the country. Members of the marketing and sales department of the AS Monaco football club, the designer’s favorite club, friends and professional acquaintances also came to visit the new flagship of the house.
Followed by a cocktail at the Bristol, located not far away, to cheer up all the guests. The famous Parisian palace being Emily’s place of residence when she arrived in France. It is therefore quite a symbol for the young woman.
Private cocktail, conference accompanied by champagne and small amuse-bouche, followed by dinner in the restaurant of the palace.
A future full of surprises
Revitalized and full of enthusiasm, the whole team is currently working on a new collection, and hopes to soon join the Parisian fashion week calendar such as in New York during their last spring summer 2023 show.
