Known for being the singer of symphonic metal band Nightwish for 11 years, Floor Jansen is preparing to release her first solo album, Paragon, on March 24. Before that, here is the single “Invincible”, which is regarding post-traumatic stress disorder, while sending a message of hope and resilience.

Nighthawk – Running Wild

Fans of typically 80s melodic hard rock, here is Nighthawk, which unveils the lively and hymnic single “Running Wild”. To be found on their next album, the details of which have not yet been revealed. Its release is scheduled for 2023.

A Crime Called… – Down The Line

The Italian alternative rock group A Crime Called… is back with “Down The Line”, carried by a catchy riff and a dancing rhythm. According to the four members, this title speaks “of awareness, of concepts to be applied to life in society and of going beyond preconceived ideas”.

Billy Nomates – Vertigo

This Friday, January 13, Billy Nomates, the project led by British musician Tor Maries, released their new album, Cacti. On this occasion, discover the clip of Vertigo, a rhythmic piece carried by a vocal line as light as it is irresistible.

The Men – Anyway I Find You

Here is Anyway I Find You, the new single from The Men, typically rock, with a touch of emotion. Singer Nick Chiericozzi explains that this title “was written in a kitchen. It is inspired by a verse by Bo Diddley: “If I get to heaven before you do, I’m gonna make a hole and pull you through. (If I arrive in Heaven before you, I will make a hole and lead you there). To be found in the New York City album, scheduled for February 3, 2023.

BEFORE – Confined

Here is “Confined”, by the Parisian acoustic duo FØR. Armed with an acoustic guitar and a cello, the two musicians reveal a title full of emotions and simplicity. To be found in the album Tender Seas, scheduled for February 17.

The Veils – Time

On March 3 will be released …And Out Of The Void Came Love, the next album by indie rock band The Veils. In the meantime, discover “Time” which is extracted from it. A calm and captivating pearl, carried by a piano melody of the most beautiful effect, carried by the inhabited song of Finn Andrews.

Moonlight Benjamin – Haut là haut

For her next album, Wayo, blueswoman Moonlight Benjamin has teamed up with Matthis Pascaud, who recently released a tribute album to Dr. John. Here, the influences range from Alabama Shakes to The Kills, via Dan Auerbach. Discover “Haut là haut” a new single as strange as endearing.

Arnaud Rebotini – The Spark in her Eye

Known and recognized electronic music artist, Arnaud Rebotini takes advantage of the single “The Spark in her Eye” to express a touch of rock ‘n’ roll in his writing, with a few hints of psychedelic influences. This piece thus takes on a very particular taste. To be found in I Drive East, his latest EP to date.

Mermonte – It Won’t Last Long

Before playing at the Café de la Danse on January 17, Mermonte unveils the video of a live session recorded in the church of old Saint-Etienne. The emotion released by the twilight “It Won’t Last Long” is thus sublimated by an orchestra tuned to the line.
