He added, “Such actions may result from family problems, illegal relationships, and the lack of social religious awareness, and they are ultimately unacceptable.”

Al-Mawla pointed out that “the culture, the economic situation, and the social situation also cast a shadow over these outcomes, but these abnormal behaviors exist in any society, but they remain within the framework of the personality.”

In addition, a member of the media medical team, Ruba Falah, confirmed that the Ministry is not responsible for sheltering these children.

Falah said in an exclusive interview with (Al-Mada) that “such cases, when they come to government hospitals, provide them with the necessary health care, but the Ministry is not responsible for sheltering them.”

She added that “these people, whatever their names are, the Ministry is obligated to provide them with health care,” noting that “this issue is shared with other parties, as they are found by the Ministry of Interior or another party.”

In recent years, the phenomenon of throwing newborn babies into garbage dumps and near hospitals has increased for several reasons, without a real deterrent to this phenomenon.
