The State President affirmed that Dak Lak is a strategic area of the country. President Nguyen Xuan Phuc also highly appreciated the work of being ready to fight and take care of Tet for cadres, soldiers and people in border areas, especially the program “Border Spring – Warm the hearts of the people”. meaningful, warm military love.
