Venna Melinda outspoken regarding reports of alleged domestic violence (domestic violence) by her husband, Ferry Irawan. He also revealed other things than that, namely related to living.
Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan’s household was previously romantic for the past 9 months following getting married. They even had time to spend vacation time in Hong Kong at the beginning of last new year.
Until last Sunday (8/1), Venna Melinda went to the police station to report Ferry Irawan’s behavior. Today, he is undergoing additional examinations at the East Java Regional Police.
Not alone, Venna Melinda was accompanied by her attorney, Hotman Paris. When he entered the East Java Regional Police Ditreskrimum building, his two children, Verrell Bramasta and Athalla Naufal, were also seen accompanying him.
Before undergoing the examination, Venna Melinda explained that domestic violence (KDRT) had been carried out several times by Ferry Irawan.
“So this isn’t the first time, how long has this domestic violence been going on?” Hotman Paris said inviting Venna Melinda to speak.
“Three months,” said Venna Melinda.
Hotman Paris said that Ferry Irawan often behaved roughly during that time with Venna Melinda. The artist is said to have been smothered until he was clamped.
“So it’s smothered, if the smack down language is squeezed like that, yes, it’s also suppressed,” said Hotman Paris, which was justified by Venna Melinda.
Hotman said Ferry Irawan had the potential to be detained. This was because the police changed the article that was suspected of being Ferry who was already a suspect.
“Initially her husband Venna Melinda was accused of Article 44 paragraph 4 which was light domestic violence. But now it has changed to Article 44 paragraph 1, namely heavy domestic violence that can be detained and also psychological violence,” said Hotman Paris.
Hotman Paris and Venna Melinda discussed not only domestic violence. According to Venna’s narrative, Ferry Irawan has not provided himself with a living for the past three months.
“He has not provided a living for the past 3 months,” said Venna Melinda at the East Java Regional Police, Thursday (12/1/2023).
“So you are supporting the family for these three months?” said Hotman Paris asked
“Yes,” answered Venna Melinda.
Verrell Bramasta then tried to calm Venna Melinda while giving a statement to the media.
