A minibus driver in Cheung Sha Wan argued with a private car driver due to a traffic problem last Friday (6th). It is understood that the minibus driver who was intimidated in the case was surnamed Li and was the most highly educated minibus driver in Hong Kong. Li graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Hong Kong and has a master’s degree in transportation policy planning. He has done planning and researched transportation overseas. Lee later returned to Hong Kong to switch to the minibus industry, and founded a minibus company, operating minibuses with a new concept. He even wrote a book regarding his experience and won the title of “Master’s Minibus”.
On Sunday (8th), the police arrested a suspected gang background, surnamed Chen (47 years old), the owner of the private car involved in the incident, suspected of “allowing people without a driver’s license to drive” and “assisting criminals who can be arrested” criminals of crimes”. The police believe that the owner of the car knew that the man involved in the case did not hold a driver’s license and still allowed him to drive the car. The police will continue to investigate the case and pursue a male driver surnamed Liao (35 years old) involved in the case.
