Still no new beta for macOS 13.2, whose first (and only) preview dates back to last december 14. On the other hand, Apple is delivering the second rapid system security update tonight. Like the first version of the December 15this is certainly a test to experience this novelty of macOS Ventura.
This update weighs 2.4 MB, and it requires a restart – this new mechanism is supposed to be able to install without having to restart the Mac. This is for Apple to quickly distribute patches on macOS, just like on iOSwithout waiting to deliver “big” system updates.
