A good and quality sleep is necessary to cope with a difficult day.
However, you probably often feel like you wake up tired and in a very bad mood. Various factors can affect your sleep and ultimately disrupt it, resulting in the next day not having the energy you need.
Check out some common mistakes you make with your sleep…
1. Sleep on a very firm or soft mattress
With mattresses that are too firm, heavy parts of the body, such as the pelvis, are stressed because blood circulation is blocked, so you wake up tired. Correspondingly, of course, overly soft layers also create a curve in the body, as a result of which the spine and joints do not rest in their natural position.
2. Sleep on your back
This particular sleeping position causes some obvious problems such as breathing. In addition, the spine is loaded. This often results in neck and back pain. To help your body really rest, place a pillow under your armpit and one under your pelvis.
3. Go to bed with a full stomach
To avoid indigestion you should go to bed following three hours following the last meal of the day. Dinner should be light without too much fat or spices.
