A series of traffic accidents occurred across the country due to fine dust and heavy snowfall during the night.
Five people were injured in a five-fold collision in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, and seven people were injured in Anseong when six vehicles collided.

A dark road covered with thick snow.
A car that was running on three lanes slipped on the snowy road and continued its dangerous drive.
Moments later, a car crashes into a car stopped in an accident on the first lane without seeing it, and the driver who jumps out the door is also hit by another car that is following.
At around 10:50 last night, five vehicles driving in heavy snow collided one following another in front of the Jungwon Tunnel in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province.

“There was so much (snow) that it was really hard to drive, and even my car felt that the car was slipping a little even though I applied the brakes…”
Five people were injured in the accident, and traffic jams occurred on the roads around the tunnel for over two hours.
About an hour later, on the Jungbu Expressway in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province.
The side of a large truck is open, and plastic water bottles and various items spilled out are scattered on the road.
Two cars are parked behind the truck.
Around midnight today, an 11-ton truck skidded in the snow near Iljuk Interchange on the Jungbu Expressway.

“The sudden rain came a bit thick and suddenly changed to snow, making it difficult to see…”
Five cars following the accident collided in a chain reaction, and a total of seven people were injured and taken to the hospital.
In Incheon, passenger ship operations on seven routes to and from the island have stopped due to a storm warning.
The Incheon Port Operation Management Center announced that it will resume operation as soon as the wind speed subsides.
