- The Hunt’s damage over time effect no longer inflicts an additional tick upon application. The damage inflicted over the total duration remains unchanged.
- Vengeance
- Hard Skin armor bonus increased to 130% (was 100%).
- Calcified Spikes initial damage reduction increased to 12% (was 10%).
- Painful duration increased to 6 seconds (was 5 seconds).
Druid

- Damage of all abilities increased by 3%.

- Devastation
- Fire Breath damage increased by 10% for the Havoc specialization. Does not apply in PvP.
- Ravager increases Deep Breath damage by 15%/30% (was 10%/20%).
- Eternity Surge damage increased by 10%.
- Firestorm damage increased by 20%.
- Eye of Infinity generates 2 Essence on critical hits (instead of 1 Essence).
- Spellweaver Domination increases critical strike damage to 230% (down from 220%).
- Iridescence damage bonus increased to 20% (was 15%).
Hunter

- Damage of all abilities and pets increased by 2%.
- Butcher and Slash damage increased by 10%.

- Blackout Strike damage increased by 6%.
- Rising Sun Kick damage increased by 8%.
- Tiger Palm damage increased by 15%.

- Awakened Fae Line now transfers 70% of Spinning Crane Kick damage to healing (was 60%).

- Mind Blast damage increased by 15% (Shadow only).
- Mind Flay damage increased by 15% (including Mind Flay: Insanity, but not C’Thun’s Idol proc).

- Void Torrent damage increased by 15%.
- Devouring Plague damage increased by 15%.

- Precise Slashes (Talent) – Reduced Blade Flurry damage bonus per target miss below maximum to 2% (was 3%).
