– WWE Friday Night SmackDown kicks off commentators welcoming us.
The show blutte begins like the last RAW, that is to say with the Bloodline which invades the ring side!
The music of Roman Reigns sounds then he enters alongside Paul Heyman. the Tribal Chief asks Memphis to recognize him and gives the floor to Sami Zayn. The latter tells us that they started SmackDown the same way as RAW and they will do that for the whole year. 2023 will be the year of the Bloodline. Roman Reigns says he doesn’t care regarding 2023, he mostly wants to talk regarding last year. Last week, they had SmackDown’s biggest match of the year once morest John Cena and Kevin Owens…and they lost. Finally, he did not lose, it was Sami Zayn who lost!
Unlike Sami Zayn, when he says he’s going to win, Roman Reigns wins. Roman Reigns starts getting mad at Sami Zayn asking if Zayn wants to be the Tribal Chief. Why is Sami Zayn trying to do the same stuff as him? Kevin Owens’ music hits and he comes onto the stage. Owens urges him to calm down and breathe, the last time he saw Reigns like this was because of him. His problem isn’t with Sami Zayn, it’s with Kevin Owens. If he wants to fix that, they can do that at the Royal Rumble for the title!
Roman Reigns replies that he doesn’t care regarding Kevin Owens, that he releases! Kevin Owens says he will see Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble. For Sami Zayn, they will see each other when he takes his balls out of Reigns’ pocket!
– Charlotte Flair enters the arena from the indoor parking lot.
– Earlier today, Kofi Kingston and Santos Escobar had a backstage altercation.
– Commentators confirm that the winner of the Royal Rumble will have a title match in the Main Event of WrestleMania 39!

At the end of the match, the Legado Del Fantasma hinders Kofi Kingston then Santos Escobar takes the opportunity to kick him followed by his Phantom Driver for the pinfall victory.

At the end of the match, Karrion Kross applies his Kross Jacket on Madcap Moss who no longer responds… the referee ends the match.

– After the match, Karrion Kross and Scarlett put a Rey Mysterio mask on Madcap Moss’ face.
– Commentators recall that the last SmackDown was the most watched in two years.
