The Caisse de depot et placement du Québec ranked 16th in the world ranking of the best places to work in 2022, according to an international program.

“Companies that made it to the top of the list this year have demonstrated excellence in the workplace by creating different work experiences and a culture of inclusion that lead to stronger and more sustainable business results. “, said the British program “Best places to work” – “best places where to work” in French – in a press release Thursday.
The Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk took first place, followed by Takeda, a Japanese pharmaceutical company, and the American computer manufacturer Dell, in third place.
Except that within the winners, the Caisse de depot et placement du Québec (CDPQ), which notably manages the Quebec pension plan, and several other public pension and insurance plans, stood out by winning the 16th square.
“These companies know how to create competitive advantage regardless of potential obstacles, including company size, geographic dispersion and industry characteristics,” the program added.
In the prize list, we also find the British-Swiss company Astrazeneca in 7th position, the French group Safran, the second aeronautical equipment manufacturer in the world in 9th position and the Liechtenstein company Hilti, producers of construction tools in 10th position.
According to the press release, this program would be considered the “gold standard” in identifying and recognizing the best places to work in the world.
