Kallas met with the delegation of the Lebanese community in the Congo and the Union of Guides and Guides

Caretaker Minister of Youth and Sports, Georges Kallas, received the delegation of the Lebanese community in the Congo, headed by Ibrahim Issawi, accompanied by Vice President Roland Yaghi. August 6, and the role that the community can play in this field, especially in light of the difficult conditions that Lebanon is going through.

Then Kallas received the President of the Lebanese Federation of Girl Guides and Guides, Jumana Laz, at the head of a delegation that included Secretary Zainab Ghandour, President of the Arab Region Sarah Hammoud, and members Nicole Shalhoub, Ingrid Tuttle, Zina Yassin and Abeer Kabrit. Lebanon, in addition to the importance of its role in raising girls, and its urgent need to secure a headquarters to ensure its continuity.

The delegation focused on the role of the federation at the Arab and international levels, through periodic representation in global committees, assuming the presidency of the World Association and the presence of leader Christian Rouhana in the current membership of the World Council, as well as continuous representation in Arab committees, and presiding over the Arab region for Girl Guides several times.
