The Public Prosecution said that it had completed its investigations following the arrest of the artist by listening to the testimony of the workers at Cairo International Airport, which resulted in the examination of the accused’s bags with an x-ray machine during the completion of the customs procedures, during which it appeared that there were organic condensates inside them, so they were thoroughly searched, which resulted in the finding of narcotic substances in the bags.
The prosecution stated that the report of the chemical laboratory proved that the seizures contained two drugs, namely hashish and cannabis, which are listed in the first schedule of the drug law.
The Egyptian security services arrested the artist, Menna Shalaby, while she was returning from travel, in possession of a quantity of drugs at the end of last November.

The seizures included an electronic hookah with anesthetic oil inside, a cardboard box containing an ampoule containing an electronic hookah, a green box marked with smoke sessions with a marijuana plant sign, and an empty mill used for drug abuse.
