Muvattupuzha ∙ Moral hooliganism by a three-member gang once morest a couple traveling at night with their baby in the car. Denit and his wife Renee Thomas had to face the attack at their house on Wallakam poochkuzhi north side on Kunnakal road near Wallakam CTC intersection on Monday night.
The gang stopped the car and started abusing it and breaking the rear view mirror and number plate of the car. The police registered a case and started investigation. When Denit and Renee’s 5-month-old baby cried continuously, the two got out in the car with the baby. During the journey, the person who met with the scooter had passed following looking inside the car.
In Denit’s complaint to the police, it is said that following a while he came back with two other people and drove a scooter in front of the car and stopped it. They were asked where they were going at night and what was the program and were abused and detained on the road for half an hour. The group left the place when they saw Renee calling the police. The police said that those who led the attack have been identified.
