Russia adjusts balance after attack on Makijivka to 89 dead: “High toll due to massive use of private mobile phones”

89 Russian soldiers were killed in the Ukrainian attack on New Year’s Eve in Makijivka, an occupied city in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetsk. Russian Lieutenant General Sergei Sevryukov said.
