It is through la page Kickstarter from System Shock, that Nightdive Studios gives us some news of their baby. They start by confirming that the game is still scheduled for March 2023, and that since Gamescom this summer, they have been busy. Indeed, they present us some small adjustments on which they worked, in addition to the resolution of bugs, quality of life and localization. Among other things, they added an enemy that was not initially planned, developed variants on those already existing, worked on the effects of weapons, and above all, greatly improved the dismemberment, which is not to displease us. Here is an overview of what it is possible to do with this flying thing:
All this looks pretty good, especially since the developers say they are very confident, since they have the publisher Prime Matter, at their side. You can find all the details at la page Kickstarter of the project.
If you are interested in the System Shock remake, a demo is available at on the Steam page and theEpic Game Store. You can also pre-order it for 40€ on both platforms.
Thanks to Shamanix for the info.
