A delegation with members of the executive committee of the Narrenring Main-Neckar made special awards. The representatives handed over the Order of Merit of the Narrenring Main-Neckar to dedicated “Hasekuehle”. In doing so, they honored many years of service to the preservation and promotion of local carnival customs.
Monika Haun, Wolfgang Haun and Christian Kuhn received the Silver Order of Merit of the Narrenring Main-Neckar. Monika and Wolfgang Haun joined the association in 1998. As a royal couple, the two led Hasekuehle through the 1997/1998 campaign. Monika Haun also worked as secretary from 1998 to 2001 and continues to support the association in numerous areas. Her husband Wolfgang is an active member of the Eleven Council and takes on various tasks during the campaign.
Christian Kuhn joined the Hasekuehle in 1999. His wife Jessica and he formed the princely couple in 2006/2007. Christian Kuhn is active in the men’s dance group, in the parades as a clown and as an Elferrat.
It continued with awards from the German Carnival Federation. Klaus Bernhardt was awarded the Silver Order of Merit. A member since 1994, he and his wife Astrid were princes in 1995/1996. He is active in the men’s dance group and as an Elferrat. He has also been head of the youth department since 2017.
Monika Kuhn received the Order of Merit in Gold. She has been a “Rabbite” since 1981 and ruled the fools with her husband Bernd in the 1981/1982 campaign. Christa Eydel received the BDK’s highest award, the Order of Merit in gold with diamonds. She has been a member of the association since 1968.
