Pictures from the special edition The Legend of Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears A Nintendo Switch OLED prototype has appeared online, along with a Zelda dock, Joy-Con bundle and box.
It was seen and posted publicly on the Chinese Tieba forum Famous by the user Kaizen (Thanks, My Nintendo News), showing green (left) and white (right) decorations from a pair of gold Joy-Con toys and white back panels to match the dock. The dock has similar embossed gold markings on the front, with a subtle embossed motif similar to that seen on the rear (black) portion of the console. Other special versions of OLED controllers.
This is the box – you can see more images at the links above:
It is currently unclear whether these images are legitimate or fake, although they look interesting (and maybe a little boring) but they are very real.
The game will launch on May 12, 2023, and if that’s true McCoy, we imagine this particular Switch version will launch then or weeks earlier.
Breath of the Wild Back in 2017 with the original Switch, of course, a pair of Special Edition Zelda Joy-Cons were released. Skyward Sword HD Relaunched in 2021.
A few days ago, some leaked marketing materials for the game were shown Nintendo Switch Online poster, leading to speculation that the game may include some form of online activity or multiplayer elements. However, the NSO label is associated with cloud storage, so don’t get your hopes up.
