A modder imports the universe of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in Elden Ring

The modding community is not lacking in talent when it comes to crossing several universes, whether it’s video games or not. Thanks to the PC output ofElder Ring, we were able to see an anthology of mods like the one featuring the captains of Bleach or even Thomas the Train. Today we have a mod that merges two big open world hits of 2022.

Pokémon invites itself into Elden Ring via modding

Elder Ring et Pokemon Scarlet and Purple, two open worlds for two very opposite atmospheres. This did not prevent the modder Arestame to bring the colorful and almost carefree world of Paldea into the ruthless world of the Underworld. He also presented all this in a truer-than-life trailer. In particular, we can see the trainer’s uniform with the Koraidon mount of the scarlet version (his favorite version, no doubt). Not to mention the rival and of course the Pokémon that turn into deadly threats here. Suffice to say that in case of defeat, we lose more than a few pokédollars.

The rendering is in any case quite bluffing and we will remember the Flâmigator which turns into a boss or even “the Wandering Mausoleum” which here becomes “the Wandering Pokémon Center”. Even if this initiative will probably not please Nintendo and the Pokémon Company, it offers a glimpse of what a next-gen version of Pokémon might look like even if the Palword game also comes very close in another style.

Arestame had also made an impression recently by quickly releasing a video presenting the mod Bill Clinton to us just following the famous story of the Game Awards.

Of course, this is not official and simply allows you to relax before closing the year 2022.

Elder Ring is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series while Pokemon Scarlet and Purple are available exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
