The productivity
In addition, Borzatto highlighted that policies focused on collaborators lead businesses to perceive improvements in productivity, with people who make the most of their time and are willing to optimize their efforts to the maximum in favor of a better personal and professional life.
Bonetto added that in his company the corporate culture avoids hierarchies and adapts to the type of work depending on the activities of each area.
He stressed that “during the pandemic we learned and understood the importance of rest and mental peace of mind. That is why we add days so that we can all share with our families on important dates such as Christmas and New Year ”.
Sandra Veloso, executive manager of the Alagev agency, spoke regarding the union of business and leisure trips, where people give themselves the opportunity to visit museums, bars, restaurants, and take tours.
According to Veloso, “of these trips, regarding 40% last for two days and 30% for one day. Employers are now thinking regarding how this type of travel can help people to have a space for leisure and that is not only for work”.
