And he said in an upcoming artistic evening on New Year’s Eve with Mona El-Shazly: “I am upset that I caused him something harsh … May God have mercy on him, the pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr.”

It is noteworthy that the Court of Cassation had rejected Ramadan’s request to stop the implementation of the Economic Court’s ruling, and oblige him to pay 6 million pounds in his case with the late pilot Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, as compensation for the damage he caused to the pilot.

And the Economic Court in Cairo had decided to compensate the pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, with an amount of 6 million pounds from the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, for the damages he suffered, due to a picture that Ramadan published on a plane piloted by Captain Abu Al-Yusr, and the subsidiary lawsuit was rejected.

The lawsuit stated that the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, took advantage of his client’s image to promote himself by publishing a video clip for his new song, which he called “You Don’t Search at the Airport,” taking advantage of the image of the pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, in an exhibition scene while driving the plane, which led to severe financial and moral damage to him.

A health crisis.. and intensive care

And the Egyptian pilot, Ashraf Abu Al-Yusr, died last April, inside the intensive care room following suffering a health crisis, 6 weeks following the end of the crisis that erupted between him and the artist, Mohamed Ramadan, following the Ministry of Aviation withdrew Abu Al-Yusr’s license for life, for allowing Ramadan to enter the cabin of the plane and publish pictures. Of which.

The information at the time indicated that the pilot’s health condition had deteriorated recently because of Muhammad Ramadan directly, stressing that his health had begun to decline since the beginning of the conflict with the artist, as he was subjected to several crises as a result of his poor psychological state.

The pilot’s lawyer was asking for 25 million pounds in compensation for what happened, before the court ruled that he obtain 6 million pounds, which became final and mandatory.
