CGI elected “Customer Service of the Year Morocco 2023”

Compagnie Générale Immobilière “CGI”, a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion “CDG” Group – Territorial Development Branch, is elected “Customer Service of the Year Morocco 2023 – Real Estate Promotion Category”.

The CGI is a reference real estate operator which has more than 60 years of existence and which has shaped the urban landscape of several Moroccan cities, through emblematic achievements combining expertise and innovation.

This competition is organized by the company BSCM (Barometer Service Client Maroc), which is the company licensed by Viséo Customer Insights: pilot of this event in France since 2007, to represent this sign of valuation in Morocco. Its purpose is to test the quality of companies’ customer services, evaluated according to their consumption universe.

This distinction crowns the efforts made by the CGI for the satisfaction of its clients and testifies to the special place it places on this relationship.

THE CUSTOMER, CORNERSTONE OF CGI STRATEGIES
In 2018, the CGI undertook, as part of its Integrated Strategic Plan “Cap Excellence”, an overhaul of its processes with a view to placing the customer at the heart of its concerns throughout the entire cycle of real estate projects, from the design of the latter to the installation of the customers.

“The CGI attaches particular importance to its relationship with its clients and this does not date from this year. Through this distinction, the CGI reinforces more than ever its positioning as a reference real estate developer, which works for the development of integrated projects and high quality services, clearly customer-oriented”, declared the Director General of the CGI.

This redesign concerns the following functions:

Organisation
The creation of a department dedicated to customer relations, called “Customer Service”, a real advocate for the customer internally.

Marketing conditions
The introduction of a new point-of-sale concept called CGI Home, equipped with a truly fully digitalized customer journey, allowing customers to build their own experience by discovering CGI products/projects in a way that is both fun, transparent and innovative.
The implementation of the VEFA (sale in the future state of completion) for the marketing of all its High Standing projects.
