“Venezuela will always be in one’s heart, I believe that this is something that is never lost, obviously I have been out of the country for many years and I left at a stage where things were not as they are now or as they were 20 years ago. or 15 years, because our country has been in this painful situation for many years and I have not experienced firsthand what has happened,” said Sonya Smith.

“Obviously I haven’t been to Venezuela for many years, and I imagine it would be a shock for me to see how our Venezuela is. I know that the country is not going to stay as it is, I feel that as we are all going to close this cycle in which we find ourselves and we are going to be reborn once more, I am left with the hope that this will come at a not very far away,” Smith added.
