Microsoft revealed that there are three upcoming games from video game company Bethesda Softworks that will be exclusive to Xbox.
According to the report, Microsoft revealed this matter in response to the lawsuit filed by the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) once morest the Activision Blizzard deal, The Verge reports.
Microsoft’s response read: “Xbox expects three future titles – REDACTED – all designed to be played primarily alone or in small groups – exclusive to Xbox and PC.” and “The Elder Scrolls VI” exclusively for Xbox and PC.
For years, the company has made it clear that it is acquiring studios to support Xbox exclusives (and Game Pass), meanwhile, earlier this month, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sued Microsoft to acquire leading video game developer Activision. Blizzard and its blockbuster game “Call of Duty” for $69 billion.
The FTC said the deal, the largest ever in the video game industry, would enable Microsoft to crack down on competitors to Xbox game consoles, rapidly growing subscription content and cloud gaming companies.
