The head of the “Lebanese Forces” party, Samir Geagea, and his wife, MP Strida Geagea, participated in the Christmas mass at Mar Saba Cathedral in Bsharri, where the divine sacrifice was presided over by the parish priest, Father Charbel Makhlouf, with the participation of Monsignor Youssef Fakhry.
The mass was attended by former MP Joseph Ishaq, Vice President of the Union of Municipalities of Bcharreh District, Mayor of Bcharreh Municipality Freddy Keyrouz, Mayor of Hasroun, Eng. Bishri Rene Najjar, a number of mayors, officials of the forces’ centers in the area, and a crowd of residents.
After that, Makhlouf welcomed Geagea, his wife, and the audience. He recited the Holy Bible and then delivered a sermon centered on the birth of the Savior, and said: “The Lord did not leave throughout history the believer when the difficulties were severe from Egypt to Babylon to the era of the Roman Empire, when he sent us the King of Kings, and today also he will not leave us.” In Lebanon”.
After the end of the divine sacrifice, the head of the “forces”, his wife, and the former deputy, Isaac, went to the parish hall, where they received congratulations on the feast.
