The Boston Celtics received the Milwaukee Bucks tonight in a clash at the top of the Eastern Conference. After a fairly balanced first half, Jayson Tatum’s teammates, still as hot in the big games, widened the gap in the third quarter to win quite comfortably once morest their rivals (139-118 ).
While Boston Fans’ Christmas Day got off to a pretty good start with the loss of the Lakers earlier in the day, the party continued in Massachusetts with the overwhelming success once morest the Daims. Jayson Tatum, who must have, like Fred from Skyrock, only half appreciated the latest edition of the MVP Race published on our websiteput on his best Santa Claus clothes (by the way, did you know that Santa Claus was originally dressed in green?) to distribute the points on the heads of Mike Budenholzer’s players (41 points, including 20 in a decisive third quarter). The latter never found the solution to stop the former Dukie, starting with Giannis Antetokounmpo, who ended up on a poster of the number 0 of the C’s, which had everything of a number one this evening.

Although Joe Mazzulla’s men were quick to take the lead in this big boss encounter, the first two quarters remained balanced, and only one point separated the two teams at mid-match (Pas-de-Calais in Orne for the Celtics). It was therefore in the third quarter that the break was made in favor of the Greens (we are not talking regarding AS Saint-Étienne, in any case there is little chance that we are talking regarding them to evoke victories by the running time), who had a mattress of 14 pawns on their evening opponents when starting the last quarter. Jayson Santa Claus Tatum might even afford the luxury of dozing off a bit in his sleigh, since the lead reindeer Jaylen Brown (29 points in total) took over to definitively establish the success of the Bruins (NHL) roommates at the TD Garden.

The Bucks ended up pretty far off most of the time. Their Greek Freak franchise player was put in trouble by the green defense and mightn’t weigh as much as usual (admittedly, many of us would dream that “being put in trouble” means scoring 27 points) , while the absence of Khris Middleton (knee), who missed his twenty-sixth game of the season tonight, was sorely lacking in his side once morest such an opponent. At least Sandro Mamukelashvili will be able to tell his grandchildren that he played a Christmas Day meeting once morest the outgoing NBA finalists.
Victory without appeal for the Celtics once morest a direct opponent, and not the least, enough to send a real message to the competition. As for the Bucks, following having folded once morest the Cavs and the Nets, it would be welcome to remobilize to start 2023 on a better basis.
