Specifically, in the IT sector, 142,826 jobs were registered, which marked an interannual growth of 6.9%. In this sense, the CEP XXI pointed out that due to its growth, added to its weight in the SBC sector, which is 47.4%, this sector was once more the one with the highest incidence in the general rise (+3.3 pp) .
In addition, it is the sector of greater dynamism within SBCssince in year-on-year terms, it has grown uninterruptedly since November 2013.
On the other hand, business consultancy services reached 129,256 jobs and presented its 28th consecutive year-on-year increase, with year-on-year growth of +5.1%. It is, added the CEP XXI, the item that remains the second with the highest incidence in the general rise (+2.2 pp), given that it is the second with the greatest weight in total SBC employment, with 42, 9% of the total.
Also, services linked to the creation of audiovisual content totaled 19,124 jobs and showed a rise of 2.4% year-on-year. The item represented 6.4% of total employment at SBC, and resumed the year-on-year upward path that had only been interrupted in July.
Finally, the CEP XXI reported that in the services linked to agricultural activity, 9,596 jobs were registered, with an interannual rise of 1.1% and an expansion in seven of the nine months. This sector represented 3.2% of SBC’s total employment.
