At 6:27 this morning (24th), at the bus stop opposite the North Point Center Building, No. 288 King’s Road, Fortress Hill, a passer-by found a wounded wild boar regarding 1 meter long lying on the site, and called the police for help. The wild boar was injured in four limbs and was struggling on the ground. The police officers held long shields on guard, surrounded the scene, and notified the Animal Protection Association and the Fisheries and Conservation Department to assist at the scene. However, the wild boar was seriously injured and died before the AFCD personnel arrived at the scene. The remains were seized by officers of the AFCD.
According to on-site news, a resident found a wild boar wandering around the parking lot on the third floor of the Shangji Building in the early hours of this morning, and then notified the security guards, but the security guards went upstairs to inspect and found no trace of the wild boar. At the time of the incident, someone heard a loud noise and found an injured wild boar at the bus stop. Initially, it is not ruled out that the wild boar was suspected of being frightened and ran wildly, falling from the building and injured.
