As part of the Angola Digital project, the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário Oliveira, inaugurated today, Thursday, 22nd, a library with IT and internet facilities, at Primary School No. 6082, at Zango 8000.
In an initiative by Angola Telecom, part of the company’s social responsibility this Christmas period, in partnership with the Administration of Icolo e Bengo, it decided to present the educational establishment with computers connected to the internet.
According to the press release sent to the Kianda’s mailstudents from different class periods will now be able to search and consult digital libraries to enrich their school work, through the free consultation provided by Angola Telecom.
Moreover, this is one of Angola Telecom’s contributions to the Info-Inclusion process in the education system in the country, through communication and information technologies.
