Storage Asia Public Company Limited (ISTORE22) opened for trading on the first day on the Live Exchange Exchange (LiVEx) at a price of 2.30 baht, up 0.90 baht from the IPO price of 1.40 baht, +64.29% overbooking, trading value of 1.15 hundred thousand baht.
ISTORE22 operates a premium self-storage rental business in Thailand under the i-Store brand trademark. i-Store Self Storage currently operates in 3 branches: Silom branch, Sukhumvit 24 branch, and Sukhumvit 71 branch.
The company has a paid-up capital of 128 million baht with a par value of 0.5 baht per share, consisting of 220 million existing ordinary shares and 36 million newly issued ordinary shares. The initial public offering (IPO) was held on 15-16 and 19 Dec. 2022 at the offering price of 1.4 baht per share, representing a fundraising value of 50.4 million baht and having a security value at the IPO price of 358.4 million baht.
ISTORE22 has a shareholding structure following the IPO, Mr. Phakdi Aniwat holds 34.9% of shares, WHA Venture Holding Co., Ltd. holds 25.3% and Venture Capital Trust. Venture capital fund for SMEs holds 13.0% of shares.
