The Department of Health Abu Dhabi – the regulatory body for the health care sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi – has approved the “Apolonia World Group” for pediatric dentistry as an initial approval for training dentists for the year of internship, as an institution accredited by the department in this field.
The initial accreditation was granted by the Department of Health in accordance with international standards and performance indicators that qualified Apollonia World Group to be among the programs and objectives of the Department to achieve the optimal level in the field of health care, training and educational programs for community service, in addition to its role in monitoring and analyzing the general health situation, and working to encourage all service providers Health care to adopt goals and performance indicators of high quality standards and to monitor and inspect all health facilities, to ensure the application of the best health and treatment quality standards and to achieve the desired training and educational goals and programs.
Dr. Yasser Haj Hamid, Executive Director and founding member of the group, said: “This accreditation is an achievement for the group, and this confidence came following continuous work and constant commitment to the regulations and laws of the department and a charter of honor that makes us move forward and be one of the representatives of the health department to achieve the strategic goals that it aspires to achieve.” Pointing out that all the doctors in the clinics of Apollonia World are holders of master’s degrees, doctorates and the American board, and they have previous experience in the academic and educational field, and they have many scientific researches published in international peer-reviewed journals.
