The two-part audio clip pack was released by journalist Syed Ali Haider through his YouTube channel. Some Pakistani news portals claimed that the leaked audio was from the Pakistan PMO (Prime Minister’s Office). Pakistani journalists also confirm that the voice in the audio is indeed that of Imran Khan.
But the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has accused the audio clips of being fake and accused the government of using fake videos and audios to target its party chief. The viral clips are the latest in a series of leaked conversations since Imran Khan lost power earlier this year.
