Mauricio Bustamante worried followers with a photo in a hospital gown: he was infected with COVID-19 | TV and show

The journalist did not explain the reason why he was admitted to a medical facility, since, as he explained, his coronavirus infection did not mean a serious condition.

The journalist Mauricio Bustamante ended up turning on the alarms on his social networks following share a photograph in which he is admitted to a medical facilitywhere he confirmed that he was infected with COVID-19.

In the image you can see the communicator wearing a mask and wearing a hospital gown, to which what appears to be a room in a health facility.

“Covid+”, he began writing, confirming his detected disease. “At some point it was going to happen”he lamented then.

Bustamante also pointed out that “despite all the care, in Chile we are already almost 5 million people who have been infected, one in four”.

In any case, the announcer also explained that, despite the fact that he was in a clinic, “my case has been mild”, making the image less serious.

“In fact, It is easy to confuse it with the flu, so far no fever”he then described. Likewise, he assured that his low viral picture is due “to a large extent thanks to the protection provided by the vaccines to those of us who have our full dose.”

The journalist received messages of support from colleagues such as Soledad Onetto and Andrea Aristegui.

In his life away from the screen, Bustamante lamented on his social networks the loss of his in-laws days apart in March of this yearassuring that, following the departure of her mother-in-law, her husband’s heart “did not resist.”
