During the second day of INNO Day in China, OPPO presented its new foldable smartphone: OPPO Find N2, a device that integrates the second generation of Flexion Hinge, the leading hinge in the industry, now improved to resist more than 400 thousand folds, data verified by TÜV Lab. It also has a thinner, lighter and smarter design that ensures a balanced size perfect for one-handed use as it is the lightest horizontal foldable out there.
Find N2 strikes the perfect balance between being stylish, premium and practical, as its flat metal edges taper seamlessly to meet the glass or vegan leather (depending on model) on the back of its design. This provides a satisfying, comforting grip, plus three color options: understated green, classic black with vegan leather, and glossy matte white.
The device weighs up to 237g and measures just 14.6mm when folded. There is no gap between the hinge and the body of the phone, and when extending the screen, the crease in the center of the screen is almost invisible from most angles, as it is 67% narrower compared to Find N. This allows users to take advantage of its 7.1-inch primary display with a 1920 x 1792 AMOLED LTPO panel that intelligently adapts to a 1-120Hz refresh rate to display content as smoothly as possible . On the outside, the secondary 5.54-inch AMOLED screen boasts a 2120×1080 resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate.
Find N2’s curved surface rises at the back to blend harmoniously with the triple camera system, rounding the edges and merging with the module to showcase a powerful camera combination that features Hasselblad capabilities powered by MariSilicon X, plus FlexForm Creative Mode for more versatile shooting.
The main camera has a 50 MP Sony IMX890 sensor for more textured, dynamic and detailed images; Its 48 MP ultra-wide-angle camera can focus from near or far, and with its high resolution, it can also capture close-ups and macro photos. its 32 MP telephoto lens has a Sony IMX709 sensor co-developed by OPPO and with enhanced capabilities to capture light and reduce noise.
Thanks to its foldable design, FlexForm mode adds new ways to take photos and record videos, unlocks multi-angle shooting when the phone is placed on a surface, and achieves incredible shots like time-lapse recording without requiring a tripod.
