In a recent interview, Peresild admitted that preparing for the flight into orbit and working on the ISS exhausted her physically and emotionally. Against this background, the artist for the first time in many years decided to take care of herself and finally find a hobby that she never had because of her constant employment. Mikhail Troinik actively involves the screen star in various activities. The chosen one teaches Peresild to the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong – this is a health-improving gymnastics, which many call the key to longevity.
“My young man, Mikhail, recently got me hooked on qigong. I cannot say that I am already an advanced user in this story, but I am definitely interested. I also love Pilates. But also with a specific coach, ”said Yulia.
Peresild always has a lot of worries. She always disappears on the set or rehearsals, is engaged in a charitable foundation, tries not to lose touch with her friends. Meanwhile, two daughters, Anna and Maria, are waiting for Yulia at home. The celebrity gave birth to heirs from a married director Alexei Uchitel.
The Peresild girls are already making their first film debuts. At this stage, Julia cannot say if there is an acting talent in her children. Mashenka is still too small, therefore, in the frame, perhaps, while the “organics of the child” is working. Meanwhile, the older Anna has grown enough to speak objectively regarding her abilities.
“If we talk regarding Anya, then this is probably already a more serious and conscious person. Her role in the Tiber, from which both I and Alexei (Teacher – ed.) dissuaded her, because we were somehow afraid, is already serious, and this can be discussed, ”Julia Peresild reasoned.
