How does pain and cramps in the legs indicate high cholesterol?
There are some signals that our body sends, which should not be ignored, because they affect our health, and many people suffer from constant cramps and leg cramps.
It appears to be a normal disease that can happen to anyone at any time, however, high levels of cholesterol lead to the buildup of plaque, which is made up of greasy substances.
Plaque makes the blood flow in the arteries slow, causing pain and cramping in the legs, also known as peripheral artery disease.
