In dialogue with the MisionesCuatro cell phone, Rodrigo Zarate, a geneticist with a degree in zoonoses from the Baliña hospital, stated that “the government took arbitrary and unilateral measures,” pointing out that the government assigned an amount of 1,500 pesos per month, which would represent a 4% increase. “We are two points below the estimated inflation for December,” he opined.
After a 48-hour strike announced for Monday and Tuesday of this week and without responses from the provincial government, following an assembly, the health workers decided to continue with the claim for 72 hours.
